1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing any services from Leryco LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Leryco LLC provides business consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, team coaching, digital strategy, brand development, marketing consulting, and organizational development services. The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to engagement.
3. Booking & Payment
All services must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payments via the methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a booking or purchase has been completed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all services offered by Leryco LLC, including but not limited to individual coaching sessions, consulting packages, and digital strategy engagements.
Rescheduling
While refunds are not available, clients may request to reschedule a session or engagement with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date. Late rescheduling requests (less than 48 hours' notice) are at the sole discretion of Leryco LLC.
Service Interruptions
In the event that Leryco LLC is unable to deliver a booked service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer a rescheduled session of equal value. No monetary refunds will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services, attending scheduled sessions on time, and maintaining a professional and respectful engagement throughout the duration of the service.
6. Confidentiality
Leryco LLC treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law. Clients are likewise expected to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or materials shared by Leryco LLC as confidential.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, tools, and content provided by Leryco LLC in the course of delivering services remain the intellectual property of Leryco LLC. Clients may use these materials for their own internal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Leryco LLC provides consulting and coaching services based on professional expertise and good faith. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business performance as a result of our services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leryco LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
